Questions on Viagra

I had the accident of actually listening to a commercial on the radio today. Slow on the button.
Anyway, the commercial was for Viagra. The voice claimed that most pharmacies sold them for $15 a pill.
Their claim was that they would sell them for $3 a pill.

Does anyone know how much a Viagra actually cost to make? I laughingly told my wife that I bet it cost about 6 cents to make. Am I in the ballpark?
I pay no attention to boner pills, but is there a generic Viagra as yet? How much does it cost?

Just curious - at $15 a pop I don't see a lot of Viagra in my future.

I figure here is a pill that some might kill for (apparently hijack a truck for) so I am figuring they could put just about any damn price on it they wanted.

I know that pharma has some incredible mark ups in the US - pills we pay hundreds for sell for $5 elsewhere. Just really curious about Viagra markup
