By definition, Sailor Moon underwear isn't going to be realistic. The Sailor Moon characters wear sailor suits, not lingerie. But these satin threads are officially licensed, so that counts for something!P

According to website Natalie, Japanese lingerie company Peach John is teaming up with the famed anime and manga series for a line of Sailor Moon-inspired undergarments to celebrate the franchise's 20th anniversary.


Besides monogrammed bras and panties, there are "Turn into Sailor Moon Bra Sets" for characters Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Venus.P

Each is priced 4,980 yen (US$48) and available for order in Japan from today until December 25. Orders will be delivered in late February. Sailor Moon will live on.

I know a guy who runs vendor booths at anime conventions. He could probably make a fucking mint if he imported and sold these.
