I thought it was great the first year, but not as good the next few years, but it's definitely made a comeback this year.

I thought after Season 1, they kind of made Gloria into a caricature of the fiery Latina, and Mitch & Cam into gay caricatures. (Just my opinion.) However, I think the writers have given them more depth over the past year or two, and the kids have matured into good actors and actresses as well.
