Hot flashes and 25 degrees outside

I have thought about putting on a sports bra and shorts , then rolling in the snow in the front yard, I have resisted so far.The house temp is a balmy 62 degrees and the sweet senior dog has her sweater on. This is just so unfair. not angry but I'm this color now.

Been there... I actually stood in front of the open refrigerator and freezer door for a long time once... I can identify with the snow idea.

Sometimes through out the night from my warm Jammie's to my t-shirt and sleeper shorts. WTF!
