I mean, really: unless Mr. Bieber was shooting hard-boiled Ostrich eggs out of an air cannon at the neighbor's windows, it shouldn't take the neighbor's maintenance man more than...oh, maybe an hour with a pressure washer and a leaf vac...to completely eradicate all signs he'd been violated.

This kinda reminds me of the incident in "Alice's Restaurant" where every cop, sheriff's deputy and state patrolman in Berkshire County showed up to "investigate" the heinous crime of Arlo Guthrie throwing half a ton of rotten garbage over the side of a cliff. How many 8x10 color glossy photos with circles and arrows on them will be made investigating this particular crime of the century, and will Justin Bieber ever be sent to sit on the Group W bench?
