No oily stuff for me.
I know that salt would not be good for me.

True story..absolutely true..
.I love popcorn.

I ate a lot of it, from 1968 - 1990/91 ( and I ate it every day cause I thought it was healthy..you know..corn and corn oil}???
what could be wrong with that???????????????????

Not sure when I stopped. I was told it was the absolutely worst thing to eat, saturated fat and all..Because that is how I made it..
........aAre you ready?..........corn oil...........yes indeed..so, I would pour the oil into a pot, heat it to a boil, then pour in the popcorn and let it pop..then add salt..there it is...and it tastes so gooooooooooooooooooooood.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

..and guess what I found out???too late....arteries clogged. (you know, around the heart)
.danger..danger..danger...

They cut open my chest, 1995, and re arranged the arteries. you don't want that..do you????

..it was not nice?, and was not fun.....no more popcorn..

get the idea????

I've already got 5 stents in there, and a lot of meds to keep the veins and arteries clear.
Know I shouldn't eat it, but------ I'm weak.

The head knows what is the right thing to eat; the body is weak.
I've spent thousands of $ over the years at a resident diet & fitness center.
I know the rules; I have been a scofflaw, and it shows.
I probably need to go on the Bill Clinton diet.
