sometimes, life is perfect....

cooking smells in the kitchen - ginger, kale, basmati rice, chocolate cake.

good music on the iPod speakers....wife and I are doing a crossword, drinking a rose.

Life is an ocean - sometimes smooth, sometimes big waves. We cherish the calm times (even as we know the swells eventually come...)

The damn alarm clock was going off without end and I'm not allowed to touch it. The coffee had brewed itself (auto-timer) - WAKE THE FUCK UP, CHICK!
