I miss the Masterpiece Theatre theme music

I wonder why they stopped playing it. And why did they change the name from Masterpiece Theatre to just Masterpiece?

I got rid of my television a few years ago. Are they playing a different theme now, or no theme.

I always loved the opening to Mystery animated by Edward Gorey:
