On my schedule - grocery shopping, and, if I'm really organized, an oil change for my car.
Hope there's something interesting on the tube tonight, including the Winter Olympics.

At noon I'm going to watch two episodes of The Artful Detective on OVTV (Ovation TV). I love that show.

(72,300 posts)Stopped at the Bimbo Bakery Outlet for milk and bread. On Mondays they have a bread blowout sale of .79 per loaf. I picked up pumpernickel to go with the potato soup I just started in my crockpot.

(22,845 posts)This is not an easy task, but the soles were coming loose on the shoes he wears for work. We went to Ross and he actually got two pairs for less than what you'd pay for one pair in a department store.

(7,970 posts)and this afternoon there was a good documentary on the History Channel about the presidents. It stopped at FDR (I've actually seen some of it before) but worth checking out.
