Come On In - The Music Machine

One of my favorite tunes from the 60s. The Music Machine was a proto punk/psychedelic group founded in Los Angeles by lead singer Sean Bonniwell in 1966 and usually appeared wearing all black leather jackets and pants. Their big hits were Talk Talk and The People In Me. But the tune that really caught my ear for its originality and cool lyrics was Come On In from their debut album Turn On ("the steering wheel inside your head has come apart", "clean your house and pack your mind and leave behind the plastic mold you call your past&quot .
