I need some help identifying a maker of a plastic bowl.

It's a cereal bowl from the late 50's or early 60's, my Mom gave it to me, she's had it since then but can't remember where she got it.
It's thick plastic, I put a pen next to it to show the size.

1. Unless there are markings, it could be very tough to identify through photographs only.

Possibly, going to a knowledgeable dealer in vintage goods might help identify the source and maker.

Looks like vintage Melamine or Melmac but narrowing down the finish might help. If the bowl is splotchy, they used to call that "Confetti Ware".
