To cure the boneshave, lay parallel next to a river. Put a straight staff or walking stick parallel to you and between you and the river.
Repeat these words:
Boneshave right
Boneshave straight
As the water runs by the stave

I haven't had sciatica since I was pregnant, though. It just feels good.

do posture 'control' regularly. Had active sciatica well before I became pregnant. and hasn't been serious for a long time.
