For Sciatica

In medieval times sciatica was called boneshave.
To cure the boneshave, lay parallel next to a river. Put a straight staff or walking stick parallel to you and between you and the river.
Repeat these words:

Boneshave right
Boneshave straight
As the water runs by the stave
Good for Boneshave.

let me know how it works.
