Led Zeppelin to issue first unheard songs in over 30 years

Led Zeppelin are to release previously unheard material including a song, La La, recorded in 1969.

The song, along with dozens of unheard studio and live recordings, will be released as companions to reissued editions of the albums Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II and Led Zeppelin III.

The albums have been remastered by guitarist and producer Jimmy Page. They will be released on June 2 on CD, vinyl and via digital download. There will also be a "limited edition super deluxe boxed set" - price to be announced at a later date.

The vinyl edition will be packaged in a sleeve that replicates the LP’s first pressing in exact detail, down to the original wheel and die cut holes.

Part of me says 'Yeah... They are just gold digging' and another part of me says 'Yeah... I'm buying it anyway'.

Wondered if whomever they stole from, I mean copied, I mean borrowed, I mean an HOMAGE of course, might be dead and unable to sue so it is safe to release.

I'm wondering why they were never released, are they any good. Anyway, Zep is one of my favorite classic rock bands so this is very cool news! can't wait to hear it.
