1/2 cup seeds
2 cups liquid*

Put ingredients into a container with lid. Refrigerate. Shake occasional. Within an hour or two, the coating on the seeds adsorb the liquid and flavorings and have turned into a pudding .

*We have used almond milk (lactose intolerant here). You can add any flavoring you like. Have done chocolate with cayenne pepper, chocolate with amaretto, vanilla, pumpkin pie (add nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice). The seeds absorb about 10 times their volume in liquid.
