No texts, no Facebook PMs, no phone calls, no "pre-orcchestrated chance encounters" (A.K.A. "stalking"

Respect is always there since I've treated them well.
So, I am friends with them.
I don't particularly make an effort to maintain contact with them, but if they ask me for help or want to talk to me, we're friendly.

My problem was how to avoid contact while we were still married.

We finalized the divorce via email and attorney mailings.
I moved several hours away and don't have to worry about bumping in to them at the store...
