those pans with the holes are the best. I love mine - but i have to remember to pound out the dough all the way on the counter then transfer to pan instead of spreading it out in the pan and squishing it down into the holes. That way lies madness!

but I find I use the pans more anyway - they just make everything beautiful.

Mostly cause I disliked the ritual of having to heat it than turn the oven temp to what I'm gonna bake at. So when is forget to preheat the stone I'd have to wait

I do one with fresh sliced mozz, sweet potato and red onion with a bit of sauce on whole wheat...oh man!
