...he might have just taken his town "away" somewhere...in a sequel they did 40 years later, he and his daughter leave "Ohio" to go to NYC. So maybe his actual body count is rather low...

I mean, people were dropping dead around her all the time. Cabot Cove must have had the highest murder rate in the country.
