I think she's getting at "Don't take things for granted" and "be creative rather than repetitive" but it's said terribly.

Now, repeat after me: "Familiarity breeds contempt only if you are inclined to be contemptuous. Dedicate yourself to wonder, and you'll be unable to feel contempt."

Every sunset is unique unto itself, every day we are alive and are able to experience this world is a reason to be grateful.

No matter what our circumstances, good or bad, we have no choice but to experience them; the journey doesn't end until we stop breathing. Once we understand that how we choose to feel and think about our experiences is the only thing we are able to control, life becomes extraordinary. There's a lot of freedom in knowing that.
