PSA: don't think you can fool a urine drug screen with water
Some young person apparently was afraid their urine would be subjected to a drug screen. I get a colorless,crystal clear liquid with specific gravity of 1.0000 and pH 7.0 and I presume water. So will the doctor. Unless something really, really majorly serious is going on, even crystal clear, colorless urine will have a specific gravity of at least 1.004. Urine pH has a wide range, but water always has specific gravity of 1.0000 and pH 7.0. Just sayin'
No drug screen was ordered, but the U/A was a wasted test and provided the Dr. no diagnostically useful info.
Good thing they ordered a serum preg test instead of urine.

I had to go for an orientation where we were supposed to be drug screening at 8 in the morning, so I drank enough that I knew I'd have to go, because if you fail to go twice it's considered refusing to take the test. So at five in the afternoon, when they finally got round to giving the test, I'd already had to go twice. I managed to eke out about 3/4ths of the way to the line, said "To hell with it." and brought it up to the line with warm tap water.
Maybe the dude just couldn't pee. 
I work short term contract jobs, so I've seen every trick in the book for people cheating drug tests. The most popular is to tape a glue bottle full of clean urine to your testicles or thigh.
