When one is recognized throughout the galaxy as the Supreme Grand Mistress and Unsurpassed Ruler of Chocolate, the thought of dwindling to a mere doctor of chocolate fails to excite.

I kid you not!

Right after Chocolate World in Hershey opened, I went to CW along with some family members from out of town visiting. After the ride was done a group of us were selected to test taste potential new products from Hershey. One of the items we tasted went on to be released as Hershey's 'Whatchamacallit' candy bar.

The job isn't to be an expert on chocolate...it's to work to alter the physical properties of chocolate to make it not melt in warm climates.

They might get a little soft in high temperatures, but I've never had them melt on me.
