Famous Astrophysicist takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

No, not that guy. This other guy.

Dr. Brian May from Perth, Australia on tour. Adam Lambert pours the ice. Brian nominates Roger Taylor, Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) and Joe Elliott(? sounded like Aylott) Brian's opinion: "Delightful".

Well preserved for 67 years!

I just saw Dr. Bri in concert (with Adam, Roger, et al.) 4 times. "Awesome" doesn't cover it. WinkyDink Aug 2014 #1

I saw them once. I managed to take one good picture from my seat. I've watched vids of concerts on this tour.

I didn't see them in the 80s because I didn't realize how good they were. Had I listened to their albums, I would have known that.

They're following Lady Gaga around! She played the gig I saw about a week after Queen. And Brian put up a picture of himself in Oz with Lady Gaga who's touring Oz too. I think somebody on Queen Online said they'd seen them 11 times on this tour.

Brian has talked about spending his time recovering from the concerts with his aches and pains.

When George Burns was in his 90s, he said, "At my age, sex and violence are the same thing."

Looks like Brian's case is, Rock 'n' roll and violence are the same thing.
