i love going to renew my tags

30 people in front of me and seven clerks open. i figure it's going to be at least an hour wait, likely more because they're probably going to start taking lunches in less than an hour.

i should make the husband take care of the truck next month because this is nonsense.

edit: holy shit! it only took a half hour!

5. our grace period is up monday

but it's moving shockingly quickly here today. maybe we'll be able to get the money for the truck together quickly enough to do it online.

Took me 2 minutes this time. I had to get new plates. It usually takes under a minute.

8. Tags can be renewed by mail here in Georgia.

But since the county tag office is less than a mile from my house, I save the price of a stamp and go there. I have never had more than a 5-minute wait.
