When I was younger, I never had a "catch" in my neck, catch meaning if I leave my neck and head at a certain angle for a while, when I move my head, there is a non-painful snap sensation in my neck. It's simply annoying and nothing to see a doctor over. It's not painful in the slightest.

Happen to you too ?

1. It's no big deal - really common.

Not sure what causes it but I don't think I know anybody whose neck doesn't pop now and then.
