Who else has this??

I've been sick since Monday. Fever, chills, body aches. Plus sore throat, coughing, runny nose. Added in is stomach ache and vomiting!!!

I've not slept from Monday through Friday. Since 2:00am Saturday morning, I've only been awake for 1-2 hrs and sleep for 6+ hrs after that!!

I know the body heals with sleep, however damn!! This much???

Sleep is good and means you're on the mend. Rest up and don't push yourself to recover too soon. Listen to your body.

Always cuts my recovery time in half.

ETA: Taken with a shot of Crown Royal doesn't hurt either. It may not cure you but it will help you sleep.

Adding insult to injury, I also have a sinus infection. Yesterday I made black bean soup and a dump cake. It exhausted me. Today all I've managed to do is eat some of the soup and nap.

I had mono when I was 37. It takes an adult a lot longer to recuperate from mono than it does teenagers. It's such an intense tiredness that it's like a type of pain.

Take it easy. Sleep and rest.

I drink it every 2 - 4 hours until better. Amazing stuff clears sinuses, colds, flu's and other yucky stuff.

Been sleeping lots. Lots of water. Taking my meds that I need to take. Due to my past dx. I should have been dead 2 yrs ago.

I'm doing better. Less body aches. Unless I drive, then my legs give me fits. Was able to pick my boys after school all days.
