Watch it again. Watch the front left corner of the car. After the accident the dog can be seen jumping up and trotting away.

Looks like he might have made it through alright. Hard to know, but he was moving under his own power.

in terms of outrageous accidents.
Starting off with a car dropping out of the sky was a hell of a start.

The Russian appear to be pretty hardy. I can't believe that most of them walked away from those accidents.

And where in the hell did that car come from out of the sky?

of bad driving and accidents in Russia is because of the prevalance of dashbord cameras hooked up to hard drives to record all driving. It's the only way they can prove that an accident was not their fault, otherwise the insurance companies will not pay out the claims. This is because there is so much insurance fraud over there.
