Cops find 500 women’s undergarments in suspect’s home

Officers were investigating a burglary on Marilyn Circle about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday when they identified a suspect, Benjamin Hawkins, 18, of Petaluma, said police Sgt. Rick Cox....
Hawkins gave officers permission to search his bedroom, and police found additional stolen property, including women’s jewelry and about 500 pairs of women's undergarments, Cox said.
Police believe the clothing were stolen "during lawful visits with friends and residential burglaries," Cox said.
