my fil is in the hospital with a blood clot in his lung (mil was in the hospital last week). one of my friends is mourning the loss of a good friend to suicide, another is mourning the loss of the kitty she'd had for nearly 20 years and a third friend is dealing with some painful medical issues.

i feel so helpless right now because so many people i love are hurting right now and any good thoughts would be appreciated.
