I am DONE with October 27th 2014

Re-organized my bathroom closet to find that most of my underpants got trashed in the shuffling (yes I get the irony)
Also apparently threw away my prescription meds (recovered)

Burned my daughter's breakfast this morning from a reset on the toaster oven.

My, highly anticipated, lunch at home tuna melt with fries lunch turned out to be a hamburger patty with onions and onion rings once I opened it up.

The boy cat was at the vet today - lost MORE weight, but we think it is treatable.

And 90 minutes ago I walked into the bathroom to find a pool of water. The connection under the sink got unconnected and THEN the guy at Lowe's gave me the wrong parts.

The weirdest part is that I think I am rooting for Washington in the game tonight.
I just wanted to watch the game.

Come on midnight.

I think I would be tempted to get into bed and stay there for ...........oh, say, a week or so.

Things have to get better, since they could hardly get any worse!

First I had an appointment after 15 years of not having to have appointments, had to do the alarm clock/shower thing. Then there, got surprised to run into somebody I hadn't seen in years and didn't want to see. Then put up with this-and-that, then got called by a random person for lunch while I was at lunch, and... I could go on. Let's end with the Cowboys fanatics are going psychotic. -er.

i was bumped into several times, my car almost got hit a couple times, and several times after saying something i was asked a question which i had just stated the answer to.

that was a very weird day.

When I tried to start my car in the morning, it was dead. I know it wasn't the battery because I bought a brand-new battery two weeks ago because my car wouldn't start. So I got a jump from AAA and took it up to Auto Zone and get a new battery. The car ran fine for about three days and died yesterday. Thank goodness for Triple A and I called them again. The tow truck driver tried to jump the car and it didn't work. So he towed it to the garage just around the corner where I usually take my car. It was the starter, which cost me $255.00.

There is nothing worse than car trouble when there are errands you have to run.

12. Tumor on his thyroid

Went from 12 pounds to 8. Didn't react well to the meds he was put on. Really miserable. The vet gave him a steroid and B12 shot - noticeably different today.

We are going to cycle the meds. No radiation. He was a new wet food to put weight on. He eats like he hasn't eaten in a long time.

he's doing better. Let us know how things go?

Sounds like he was hyperthyroid. Been there, done that, it is really miserable. Every body system is just driven.

B-12 injections for cats seem to help various things, especially GI related. I didn't know it helped with thyroid stuff.

I said no radiation, no surgery as well. For me, a Tapezole generic worked and after a couple of years I went into remission, but I have Grave's, not a tumor.

Whether it's people replying to my horrible day thread or at work. Everyday I go there and those people just keep bothering me. Everyday.
