Halloween for Kids, LFR Style!

Pumpkin Smoothie

½ cup canned pumpkin
¾ cup milk or vanilla yogurt
¼ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This Halloween drink recipe is very rich and is a perfect dessert drink.

Candy Corn Pizza

1 12-inch thin pizza crust

2/3 cup prepared Alfredo sauce

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425F. Place pizza crust onto a baking sheet.

Spread sauce on the crust to within 1 inch of the edge. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese around the circumference of the sauce, forming a ring. Place the mozzarella cheese into the center.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese has melted but before it starts to brown. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into slices. Each slice will resemble a candy corn.

Yield: 8 slices.

(people were such assholes--they probably still are but i don't talk to many of them anymore so i can't be sure about that)
