Kind of obscure; the line is delivered when the two characters first meet, early in the movie. If you need a hint, highlight the area below.

[font color="white"]Later they banter using the language of horse racing to size one another up. He observes that she probably doesn't much care for the whip. She responds that "It depends on who's in the saddle." Pretty racy stuff for 1945!

IIRC, it wasn't when they first met at the mansion, but came in a later scene in Marlowe's office.

Always up for a classic Bogie movie, though.

That was one of the more obsure quotes from the movie.

I think my favorite one was the Major that was really messed up in the head before he starts screaming for his crown...
