BMO Harris bank sucks. That is all.

I have a car loan thru them, great interest rate and all that, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact a human being with a question. Since I don't have a checking or savings account, neither of the 2 branches in my city of a million people can help me.

The 800 #s are an endless loop of "press 1 / press 2" 's , the zero out function hangs up on you and the website is a bunch of dead-end links.

How do companies expect to function like this?
