It is a little mean, but I can't believe the way some of these kids talk to their parents. I could never have gotten away with that, joke or no joke.

On the other hand, I was surprisingly moved by forgiving children.

A couple of those kids had me saying, "Oh, hell no! My kid would NEVER be allowed to pull crap like that!"
