We were messing with our dog Sandy's bandana last week and came up with this...

made for some interesting times.
Anyway, I think it's sweet he's willing to help with the kitties...

He is a mellow guy but as you can plainly see, he was not happy right then. The bath was essential, since he was a stray that we'd just taken in and really needed cleaned up.
He doesn't enjoy wearing lampshades either.
But he's mostly just a happy guy.

relaxing after bringing her home from being boarded at Petsmart last summer, where she stayed for a few days while my A/C was being repaired. She was so glad to be able to take it easy again that she temporarily abandoned all notions of propriety.
(Her belly may look fuzzy and inviting but if you so much as think about touching it, SHE WILL CUT YOU.)
I love her soulful dark eyes.
When my son was about 8 years old he decided our dog, Sally, had the image of another dog's face on her belly, with big, fluffy white ears. We embellished it a bit with a plastic animal nose and eyes, usually used on clay models.
