My neighbor once felt like he was being watched one evening, while watching teevee in his living room. Looked up to see a moose watching him through the living room window.
I had a hummingbird hover outside my sunroom/bedroom window watching me while I was waking up. Great start to the day! Better than the poor birdie above...

I heard of the other day was whenever you feel like someone is staring at you or checking you out, start yawning (since yawning is contagious). If they also yawn, then that's a big "yes".
