So I got a rowing machine

and the first thing my mother asked is "Are you going to get bowed up?" She shuddered as though exercise is the worst thing in the world.

I said no, (I'm a female) of course not, I just want to get in shape.

What do you know. I AM getting bowed up.

I feel better, I quit smoking a few months ago, and it's rather fantastic. So yes, to the horror of my mother, I, a woman, am getting bowed up.

I'm pleased with my "bowed up" body.

Then I found another, then, still another. Soon I had dozens of the machines (country roads are choice dumping grounds for treadmills). What to do? I found the perfect solution...Zombie proof my house
