I got scammed

I ordered a dozen pink roses for a friend's birthday who lives overseas. She never received them, and the phone number on the site where I ordered them from isn't in service. I feel so bummed.

The nearest branch office is about an hour away from where I live (since I moved two years ago), but fortunately I'm going back home for my grandpa's birthday next week. Stopping in do contest the charge is definitely on my to do list.
