Am I a bad critter mom? Captain Morgan likes to play with Twilight. Only half the time

Twilight wants to wrestle. The rest of the time she growls and runs away. I'm now trimming Captain Morgan's claws but leave Twilights long and sharp..........To balance things out because she never attacks him first.
