The force wasn’t with this Ukrainian man dressed as Chewbacca — it was against him.
Police in Odessa aggressively handcuffed the masked man parading as the “Star Wars” Wookiee Sunday after he was illegally campaigning for a write-in candidate for the mayor’s seat — Darth Vader.
Video shows the man getting slammed up against a cop car and later taken to court — still in costume — for campaigning on election day, which is against the law in Ukraine.
More than four officers struggled to restrain the man, but finally got the cuffs around his furry hands.
