It was called Blazing Saddles. He was played by Slim Pickens.

Here's a clip to refresh your memory:

Hedley: "Qualifications?"
Bart (wearing Klan robes): "Stampeding cattle."
Hedley: "That's not much of a crime."
Bart: "Through the Vatican?"

I think Ammon has a bit of heft.

Of course if the Farrelly Brothers produced it, they could calk it "Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest".

He had a couple of TV shows, "Pee Wee's Playhouse" & "The Pee Wee Herman Show"

Pee Wee (Paul Reubens) went on to make many more movies, including:
"Pee Wee's Big Adventure" (1985)
My favorite was when he played a dope dealer in "Blow"..starring Johnny Depp.
(He's actually a pretty good actor)

He played the wine steward at Chez Paul who told Elwood the best bottle of champagne in the house cost $75. (He was not, however, the one who served it to Elwood in a water glass.)

But I remember that scene.

JAKE [fakes accent] "How much for the women?"
FATHER; "What?"
JAKE: "Your women. I want to buy your women. The little girl, your daughters....Sell them to me...Sell me your children!"

The best line in that whole exchange was how they entrapped Alan Rubin into rejoining the band: "If you say no, Elwood and I will come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week."

He has a VERY long discography...

One thing I really liked about The Blues Brothers: the entire band appeared as themselves.

Except in this show, he'd be holding his hand out for cash as the kids walk out the front door.

I can't remember what I had for breakfast anymore, much less 30 year old TV episodes!

and I don't think that's a remote he's holding.
("What the hell is wrong with this remote?&quot

Bud & Kelly come into the living room & sit next to him..and, at one point, hand him a banana, which, because of his poor eyesight, he thinks is the remote.

Later in the episode, he goes to the optometrist to get glasses.

It's one of the funniest episodes ever,

You need the guy from "Duck Dynasty" to give proper authenticity.

Maybe after Ted Cruz is laughed out of the Senate, he can take the job.
