2. It's not actually as hard as it looks to get started

if you have access to a good coach/class structure and realize that parkour isn't just jumping off buildings (particularly in the US where it is more frowned on than in Europe).

Yes injuries do occur, but other than a couple of torn acls in our group over a 3 year period, all other injuries have been pretty minor and able to be resolved with a bit of rest. Knock on wood of course.
