(14,180 posts)It was on an album of his that didn't do very well...the song has a very catchy, waltzy-type melody. I've always liked it. Came out in the early '90s, I think.

(24,867 posts)in New York, probably in the 1980s at The Bottom Line (NYC). She's been around for a long time, but underappreciated.
I have a Christmas CD with a song by her called Are You Burning, Little Candle. She has such a sweet voice.
BTW - I love these music threads that you keep starting - they are fun.

(32,500 posts)Tiny Tim, wow!....Hearing that name brings back memories.
I bought his first album just for laughs; and it turned out to be one of my favorite albums of all time....There are some great songs on that album.
Tiny Tim was "a head of his time"
At one time, during the mid-60s, he rented a cottage behind Wavy Gravy's LA home.
Late one night, he knocked on Wavy Gravy's front door, and when Wavy opened the door,
Tiny Tim, looking totally freaked out, said:
"Mr. Gravy, Mr. Gravy, Neal Cassady and a bunch of other people are back in my place and they're looking for marijuana."
It was Ken Kesey, Tom Wolfe, members of the Grateful Dead and others who were riding the bus from "The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test"
(Neal Cassady did most of the driving of that bus)
