So I ordered lunch from Subway

It's roughly the same menu here, just with more veg options (none of which are very good), and all of the cold cuts are chicken (but, say, "chicken ham" and "chicken turkey" and "chicken salami" as appropriate).

Through the economic vagaries of "specials", it was actually cheaper for me to order the Italian BMT with chips as a special, rather than the sub itself (cheaper by 40 rupees). I don't like potato chips, but I figured it's worth putting up with them if it saves a little money. However, in the result the driver forgot the potato chips, and just brought the sub, but the invoice was discounted as if I had received the chips, and that's what I paid.

Query:

Have I been injured in this transaction? Has Subway? I could make an argument either way.
