It went to a jury once and came back 1-5 Leave It. I re-alerted with a TOS check-box and a note to see Catherina's post. The poster is well-known to me, both as a Wikipedia editor (He's a fairly prodigious vandal.) and as someone who has an interest in monitoring hate-speech, white-supremacists, antisemitism and Neo-Nazism. (I unfortunately have asshole relations that run in the same circles that share a legal name. Edit: It's why I use my middle names solely. There are only a handful of people that know that I omit my given first name on all documents I legally can or what it even is.)

It's a pretty cut-and-dried case. The guy's a prominent WP asshole in the Frank Collin, Matthew Hale, William Pierce ballpark.* I'd sooner tolerate Ron Paul posting here than this jerk.

*-He's also an extreme-RWer, a birther and closely-linked to advocates of racial political violence.
