Have you ever bought a business suit online?

I'm growing out of the blue pinstripe suit I've had for the last 10 years and Macy's has some good clearance deals right now. I don't need one for work but i need one for weddings, funerals and the occasional good restaurant dinner. On edit: I will get my measurements taken professionally beforehand.

If you have a Macy's near you, go in and get fitted. Then order on-line. mnhtnbb Oct 2016 #3

Last iime I needed to wear a suit for an event I pulled it out and it was full of moth holes. Same with my other suit. I was able to get by with a leather jacket and tie for that event, but I really do need a new suit.

The two moth-eaten suits were no big loss. One was pretty old and the other I got at a thrift shop for five bucks when I was volunteering in a political campaign in another state and was told late the day before that I'd be staffing our presidential candidate's event the next morning. The thrift shop suit fit perfectly and I was properly attired for Sen. Kerry's event. For five bucks.

later, when he pulled out a suit from the back to wear to a funeral, he discovered the cat very much had something to climb up on his way to the shelf
