Does anyone know how I can block types of pages from my Facebook feed?

I know how to block specific pages, by entering their names in my 'Block' settings. But how to block types of pages?

For some reason, I'm getting flooded with notices to join pages under the category of 'buy, sell, and trade'. I've never even searched for pages like that, and I'm constantly having to click the delete 'x' on them.

Help?

It's a plugin for some browsers (or you install a script manager, like Greasemonkey) and it makes your FB feed extremely customizable. Blocks ads, and you can tell it to block entire panels of some of the crap (I never see 'suggested games' or stuff like that). You can filter out specific things (someone came out with a 'world series' filter, that drops most of those posts out of your feed), and even force your feed to show things in chronological order instead of whatever FB decides are 'top posts' this week. I have it filter out all of the posts that friends share from bencarson.com, Allen West's page, other wingnut fake 'news' sites, most of the clickbait sites, etc.

Free/donationware. No annoying nags.

I have no connection with the program, other than being an extremely happy user for the past few years.

They have a good support community on FB, and good help on their web site for getting started.
