I can't find any slippers that aren't scuffs. I need slippers with a back and they just don't seem to be making those anymore. The 1969 clothes leave alot to be desired, though.

I looked at the book and the slippers caught my eye. I thought I'd get those slippers. Lots of colors to choose from.

with covered heels. The old smooth leather ones aren't as common but still available, like these. Note, they run a half size small.

That was the section of the catalog I was familiar with. Girdles for full figured women, I could open it to the exact page.

Hadn't seen it in several years and then noticed a few copies on a shelf at a business and picked one up. It was so much thinner than the Wish Books from 30-35 years ago.

Sears is in a world of hurt. Have to wonder how much longer the company will remain solvent.

Rural schools had little money so the kids were told to bring the Sear's Catalog and their family Bible to use as text books.

Sears and Roebuck used to be THE company in America for anything you could ever need or think you need. You could even buy a house from them that would be delivered to your local train station, ready to assemble.
