Since the nice people at Hallmark believe that...

...the most important thing about Valentine's Day is...

Getting ready for St Patrick's Day.
Here's a thread to add your favorite Irish toast, blessing...

My favorite:
May those who love us love us.
And those that don't love us,
May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles,
So we'll know them by their limping.

ETA: Doesn't anyone have a toast, blessing, bit of wisdom or saying from the Irish they'd like to share?
Please add it here.

Walls for the wind,
And a roof for the rain,
And drinks beside the fire -
Laughter to cheer you
And those you love near you,
And all that your heart may desire!

When we drink, we get drunk.
When we get drunk, we fall asleep.
When we fall asleep, we commit no sin.
When we commit no sin, we go to heaven.
So, let's all get drunk, and go to heaven!

May the winds of fortune sail you,
May you sail a gentle sea.
May it always be the other guy
who says, "this drink's on me."

It's rather that they have a wonderful lack of respect for everything and everybody.
