My experiences with sake have all been positive, and the unfiltered variety shown is intriguing.

Liquor stores open late. You might luck out and find this brand! Write it down and take it with you!

Do you warm it before drinking? I remember having warm sake in Japanese restaurants and it was delightful!

My older brother still calls the small sake pitcher a 'grenade' of sake. He was stationed in Okinawa as a Marine and loved it so much that he extended his Marine Corps hitch to do another tour there.

are used for warming up. A quality Sake is never warmed up, but chilled to perfection.

I actually don't have any sake but i have a couple bottles of soju in the fridge for ages that I've been meaning to get around to.
Not sure if it would go bad or not. It's been in the fridge for a couple years, whaddya think? I know beers can get funky/skunky and gross after a while and get sediment, but I was under the impression that a clear rice wine should be ok in the fridge. Never had any go bad on me but never say never I suppose.

If no go on the soju then i've got some other wine so yeah I will join ya in some libations later!
Cheers!
