That's new for me. I usually ignore RWNJs and now using snarky replies, which never helps. Think I need to take a hiatus.

that's covered in cobwebs, figuratively speaking. There's something about it that tends to turn people mean.

6. I only started to keep up with my sister.

She's terrible at emailing and bugged me forever about getting on FB. I'll admit it's been fun to re-connect with childhood friends and neighbors, but a lot of those reacquainted "friends" are Southern Baptist Trump supporters. I only post on two subjects: cute animals and politics. You can imagine.

I also look at the pages of people who want to 'friend' me before accepting.
It helps if you hate Trump and are not an extreme evangelical.

10. It can be a problem

There's blocking people, of course, but I reserve that for extreme situations. Facebook friends of an annoying disposition simply get taken off all my news feeds. I see almost nothing of what they post (unless a common friend responds to one of their posts), but they're still on my friends list.

To avoid getting mean, though, I made the conscious decision a few months ago to be a cheerful nuisance to Trump supporters. It's working pretty good.
