Kathy Griffin May Have Gone Too Far, But GOP Evil Crap Never Challenged.

During the campaign calls for harm to Hillary or Obama went unanswered. Racial slurs, calls for violence, assault on a reporter and calls for militia protection et al go unchallenged by the media. Everything the GOP does is ok. Being openly racist, bigoted and misogynistic and even celebrating it or also calling its followers to act is ok.

Tired of both sides do it when ALL the violence comes from them. I agree the Griffin pic is grisly and certainly showed some bad judgement. But when do we start lambasting these GOP goons, racists and thugs.

AND that reprehensible t-shirt: "Rope. Tree. Journalist."

And nobody much cared about that, much less throw a shit-fit about it.

I do not condone that image. Let me just go on the record about that. Yes she pushed it a little bit too far. But let's get - AND KEEP - some perspective about this.

Besides, as a retired reporter/anchor, gotta say - about that "Rope. Tree. Journalist" t-shirt - it's fucking PERSONAL. And nobody's condemned that, as far as I've seen or heard, except for Joy Reid.

I don't condone what KG did with this pic - but I think this is just a good way for Trump to deflect some of the attention to this Russian thingy, Kushner's problems, Trump's disastrous foreign trip and Trump's lack of being able to manage the job as president.
